One business, owned and operated by two principals — not a portfolio to flip or a roll-up to strip. We lead strategy and systems; a general manager runs the floor.

Self-funded & decisive

We finance through conventional bank debt, seller financing, and our own equity. When the fit is right, we move to LOI quickly and share proof of funds at the NDA stage.
